Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the use of Traip, provided by seamvio UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schwanthalerstr. 97, 80336 München, Deutschland / Germany. Deviating terms of the user do not apply.

2. The service

Traip provides automatically generated place information: history, current local situation, recommendations, events and media suggestions. Content is generated, translated and summarised in whole or in part by AI systems.

Traip is an information service, not a travel agency, tour operator or provider of legal, health or safety advice. Opening hours, prices, dates and safety information may be incomplete or outdated and must be verified locally.

3. Account

Saving places requires an account with a confirmed email address. Credentials must be kept confidential. Accounts are non-transferable; use is permitted from the age of 16.

4. Free tier and Premium

One place can be created and saved free of charge, permanently. Deleting that place does not restore the free allowance.

Further places require a Premium membership at EUR 4.99 per month including statutory VAT. The membership renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded upon completion of checkout. If payment fails, Premium features may be suspended.

6. User obligations

Content is intended for personal use. Automated scraping, resale, systematic reproduction and any input violating third-party rights or applicable law are prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted access; maintenance and failures of external sources may cause restrictions.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. We give no warranty for decisions based on AI-generated content.

8. Term, cancellation, changes

Free accounts can be deleted at any time. Premium can be cancelled in the app or by email to info@seamvio.de. We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by email; if you do not object, they are deemed accepted.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
